Shipping FAQs


WHERE DO YOU SHIP? 

Orders ship through USPS to all 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia. International shipping and shipping to U.S. Territories is not available. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We use a calculator through USPS and only charge the exact cost of shipping for your order. Choose from the available options at checkout. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Processing can take 1-3 business days, Mon-Fri. Tracking info will be emailed to you when your order ships. Shipping times are determined by USPS.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Please note that USPS is experiencing longer-than-usual delays due to Covid-19. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Check your tracking number for updates. 

MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT. MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED.   

We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. Please file a claim through USPS. 

I WANT AN EXCHANGE.

Email us at LibraryShop@AustinTexas.gov for a free shipping label. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for the same item in a different size, color, or variation only, and must be in original condition. Your exchange will be shipped with tracking once the original item is received and accepted. 

I WANT A RETURN.

Email us at LibraryShop@AustinTexas.gov to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for postage on returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and must be in original condition. A refund will be processed to your original form of payment once the returned item is received and accepted. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
